It's been a great year, and we look forward to finishing up our Spring 2022 semester strong!!

What a blessing this last semester was to so many! We had 13 weeks of great classes, for kids ranging from babies to juniors in high school. We had a fun mother/son pickle ball day, playdates, moms nights with coffee and food, and ended the semester with an incredible Drama production "Alice in Wonderland" put on by the drama class consisting of upper elem kids and middle school children. We also had a wonderful open house with treats to celebrate these kids hard work this semester and show their families things they have learned. The life science class showed life-size drawings of the body systems, art showed some incredible talent pieces, and what incredible poems that were written by the students in poetry!! It is always such a joy to celebrate each semester and see how the children have grown!! We are about to get this spring semester started this week, as we meet back as a community to finish the year strong. If you or anyone you know if desiring to find a community of like minded believers to raise up your homeschool children in a classroom setting, as they learn new knowledge and skills, then we would love to have you fill out our interest form and let us know about you! We will be looking at our returning numbers and reaching out to those intersted in mid March based on who we have interest forms from. We look forward to the families the Lord brings to us each year and all the amazing gifts the families bring to share in our community! 7 Years and Counting!

This school year has been like no other! We have condensed our schedule this year and our size a bit, in light of all the unknowns last summer was presenting for the upcoming school year. This didn't change our ability to still have our community and our learning, it just looked a bit different. We look forward to the upcoming years, as the Lord leads us forward! We will be sharing a new interest form soon, for those interested in being added to our potential member list. We also look forward to growing closer together with more community activities and the possiblity of welcoming in a few new faces this coming year! Welcome to Soar Homeschool Cooperative!

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our homeschool co-op.  Let us take a minute to tell you a little bit about our group.  

We desire to glorify God by keeping His commandment to faithfully teach the next generation about His goodness by providing a Christian-based, cooperative learning opportunity along with practical and spiritual support and encouragement and mission opportunities to assist families in their commitment to home educate their children.

We meet weekly to provide enrichment classes for all of our students.  We believe that by working together, we can provide additional learning opportunities using the gifts and talents God has given each of us. By working together and serving each other, we are able to give our children more opportunities and growth. Members are required to participate in three instructional periods during the day.  

You can find more specific information on the other pages of our website regarding our membership guidelines and our beliefs.  

To promote close relationships among our members, we have chosen to keep our membership limited to 25 families.  Our membership is currently full.  If you would like to have your information added to our waiting list, please email us and provide a list of your children's names and birthdays. Please also let us know if you know other families who are a part of Soar.

We are grateful to Community Church at I-35 and Seward Road for hosting our co-op. We look forward to all God has planned this year and in the future for the families in our community.  We seek to glorify God in all that we do as we educate our children collectively for His work and purposes.
